Feedback and Hotel QA Tablet App
Feedback app is used by the quality analysts during the checkout procedure of the guest.
QA app is a scheduler app for QAMs to maintain and manage hotel tasks on a specific timeline basis depending on the task assigned.

The approach taken was based on hotels rather than tasks and this caused the design to overflow with too much repetitive content. We had to find a solution to this challenge.
Device compatibility was a huge challenge as the devices deployed at the hotels varied in size. This meant incorporating all possible device resolutions to make the design fit seamlessly across devices.
To solve the approach challenge, we conducted user research where we individually interviewed the QAMs to note their pain points and then analysed the data recorded. Based on the data that multiple hotels had the same tasks, instead of a hotel based approach, we took a task based approach.
We have also incorporated a pause and complete tasks to handle prioritisation of tasks. Colour coding methods were used to organise the prioritisation and help the user read and understand quickly, the details of any given task.
Flexibility was maintained to access past records to view for past performances.
Designing for a very specific group which was not highly well versed with technology, we had to incorporate design elements that were conspicuous and a no brainer approach was used to help users coming from various backgrounds.
